"I have and am still competing at a high level in both Cross triathlons & road triathlons.  I have represented Great Britain in Age Group ITU World Championships and the off road Xterra World Championships.

I was first lady in the Wildman and Iceman duathlons 2015/16 series as well as Rat Races' Coast to Coast Scotland race.  I even qualified and competed in the Ironman World Championships in Kona 2016.  I therefore should have the fitness to keep up with any guests who are wanting a long hardy ride.  I also love a good natter for those who want a nice leisurely ride taking in all the local scenery at their own pace".
